NOW HIRING: CAREGIVER NEEDED – FRANKLIN, TN

Helping Hearts USA LLC is hiring a dependable, compassionate, and professional caregiver for an ongoing private-home assignment in Franklin, TN.

Schedule: 8:00 AM–6:00 PM
Days Needed: Ongoing coverage, 7 days per week
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Location: Franklin, TN

This client needs companionship, supervision, light housekeeping, meal preparation, routine support, safety monitoring, and minimal personal care assistance.

IMPORTANT: The client has a cat in the home. Applicants must be comfortable working around cats.

Caregiver Responsibilities:

• Provide companionship and meaningful client engagement
• Assist with light housekeeping and maintaining a clean environment
• Prepare meals as needed
• Provide minimal personal care assistance
• Monitor the client’s safety and overall well-being
• Support the client’s daily routine
• Communicate professionally with the Helping Hearts office team
• Complete all required shift documentation accurately and on time

Required Qualifications:

• Previous professional caregiving experience preferred
• Must be dependable, compassionate, professional, and punctual
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Must have current auto insurance
• Must be able to pass a 15-year background screening
• Must have no disqualifying history involving abuse, neglect, theft, fraud, drugs, weapons, or violent offenses
• Must be able to pass required abuse and registry screenings
• Must be able to pass a drug screening, if required
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred
• Must have a high school diploma or GED
• Must have a Social Security card
• Must have a birth certificate
• Must have a valid photo ID
• Must provide verifiable professional references
• Must provide a complete five-year work history
• Must have all required physical onboarding documents available
• Must be comfortable working in a private home
• Must be comfortable working around a cat
• Non-smoker strongly preferred due to the client’s health and household preference
