Quality Control Technician

Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Technician to join our growing team in Willowbrook, Illinois. If you enjoy working in a collaborative environment where quality matters, we'd love to hear from you. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship.

What You'll Do

Perform incoming inspections of components and bulk materials
Verify products meet established quality standards
Record inspection results within the ERP system
Generate documentation for non-conforming materials
Assist Engineering with root cause investigations
Maintain quality standards and retained product samples
Coordinate inspection priorities with Production
Support continuous product quality improvements

Qualifications

High School Diploma or Associate Degree
2-4 years of Quality Inspection experience
Experience inspecting manufactured products
Microsoft Excel and Word proficiency
ERP experience (NetSuite preferred)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Excellent attention to detail
