Responsibilities Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology Conduct two open houses monthly Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments Participate in team activities per team standards Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home Qualifications Self-driven sales expert with a competitive edge Skilled at establishing rapport, understanding client needs, and providing tailored solutions Proficient in prospecting and generating leads Naturally adept at handling objections Effective communicator dedicated to delivering exceptional service Collaborative team member Valid real estate license Minimum of 3 years’ experience in real estate sales Exceptional written and oral communication abilities Committed to continuous learning and personal growth Highly organized Open to mastering scripts and dialogue techniques Strong time management capabilities Compensation $70,000 - $120,000 USD Yearly. This is a commission-based position.
