- Conduct comprehensivenutritional assessments for patients.
- Develop and implementindividualized nutrition care plans.
- Monitor patient progress andadjust plans based on clinical outcomes.
- Collaborate with medicalstaff to optimize patient care.
- Bachelor's degree indietetics or nutrition.
- Registered Dietitiancredential.
- Experience in a clinicalsetting preferred.
- Strong analytical andproblem-solving skills.
