Job Summary
Are you an experienced plumbing professional looking to take your career to the next level? We are seeking a dedicated Plumbing Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of our plumbing operations, ensuring high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. Your leadership will be crucial in managing projects, coordinating with other departments, and mentoring junior staff. 

Responsibilities 

• Schedules, coordinates, and offers operational assistance for technicians to satisfy customer needs and standards
• Review the technician’s work to ensure quality and meet the established standards, techniques, and safety requirements
• Provide training programs to ensure that technicians are properly educated about the latest service techniques, equipment, general working conditions, and safety procedures
• Regularly communicates with the dispatch to ensure that technicians are appropriately scheduled according to the level of skill, efficiency, and training needs
• Monitor and evaluate budgets, targets, and objectives to ensure company profitability
• HR managment and payroll
• Specifies and ensures that the parts needed and equipment are ordered promptly to guarantee meeting deadlines
• Communications with vendors and suppliers on warranty problems, product recall reports, and product operating issues
• Collaborate on the company and departmental goals and objectives with other managers

Qualifications

• Plumbing Knowledge of residential service plumbing 
• Previous experience as an Office Manager or similar position preferred
• Understanding of office equipment, systems, and procedures
• Skilled in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook
• Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A thorough understanding of the plumbing industry
• HR managment and payroll skills
