• Optimize Account Management: Update venue details and program records in our CRM with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring successful resolutions to customer inquiries.

• Execute Sales Strategies: Implement targeted tactics to identify opportunities within your existing portfolio, conducting proactive outreach calls to deliver profitable outcomes.

• Streamline Operations: Handle account setups, equipment troubleshooting, logistics, and delivery claims through highly efficient processes.

• Manage the Lead Pipeline: Qualify and convert beverage business leads to support new activation, driving CRM opportunities to successful closure.

• Track Performance: Prepare comprehensive activity reports and monthly portfolio analysis to benchmark goals and drive continuous improvement.

• Collaborate and Connect: Actively participate in team initiatives, including periodic market travel and in-person regional visits, fostering a vibrant team culture.

Your Expertise

• 2+ years of proven experience in sales, account management, restaurants, or coffeehouses.

• Demonstrated, empathetic communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.

• Intermediate proficiency in Excel and experience managing workflows in Outlook.

• Demonstrated ability to document detailed work within a CRM system.
