Finance Assistant Location: Des Moines, IA Salary: $5,000/month, employer-sponsored healthcare Start Date: Open for immediate hire. Application Deadline: Rolling basis. Key Responsibilities Help staff the candidate or running mate for call time Conduct donor research and prospecting potential donors Partner with the finance team to organize and manage a call time program Work closely with finance team to organize, schedule, and run fundraising events Coordinate operational processes, including compliance Other duties as assigned Qualifications Commitment to electing Rob Sand and flipping the Iowa governor’s seat Growth mindset with ability to accept and implement feedback Results-driven, goal-oriented, and able to stay calm under pressure Willingness to work long hours during peak season and take initiative Strong team player with ability to collaborate effectively and support colleagues Must have a reliable personal laptop Rob Sand for Iowa and Teamsters Local 238 have a collective bargaining agreement and this position is bargaining unit eligible. #J-18808-Ljbffr Job Post
