About Us Critical to the success of the Sales Department, this role focuses on generating new business opportunities while expanding market presence and increasing revenue. What You'll Do Drive sales strategies and initiatives aligned with company objectives Research, generate, and qualify sales leads and prospective customers Identify and document customer requirements Prepare, submit, follow up on, and negotiate bid proposals Monitor competitor activity and pricing levels Travel throughout assigned territory calling on existing and prospective clients Maintain an active market presence through trade shows, associations, and industry events Manage key accounts and develop new customer relationships Manage a sales pipeline and develop new business sales plans What We're Looking For Heavy Industrial Experience Required Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field Minimum of five years of experience developing new business within construction-related firms Strong relationship-building and communication skills Ability to manage multiple opportunities and prioritize effectively Willingness to travel regionally and nationally (~50%) #J-18808-Ljbffr Novax Recruitment Ltd
