Part Time Office Assistant

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Part‑Time Office Assistant to join our team. You will work directly alongside our full‑time Office Coordinator, ensuring our daily scheduling and customer operations run seamlessly. Responsibilities Customer Support: Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls with a friendly, professional demeanor. Logistics & Scheduling: Coordinate and book appliance delivery appointments for customers. Payment Processing: Securely collect and process customer payments over the phone or in person. Administrative Support: Assist with general office tasks and keep scheduling systems up to date. Qualifications Excellent communication skills and a comfortable phone presence. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a steady office environment. Basic computer proficiency and accurate data entry skills. High School diploma or equivalent required. Experience: Entry Level (0 years). Bonus: Schedule flexibility – able to work out of Londonderry, NH on Mondays and Portsmouth, NH Tuesday through Friday. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Office Management, Time Management, and Front Desk duties. Benefits Salary: $20.00 – $22.00 per hour. Shift: First (8 AM – 12 PM), part‑time Monday through Friday, with preferred location flexibility. Immediate start; no lengthy screenings or background checks required.
