What You'll Do As a Loan Officer Assistant, you'll play a critical role in supporting Mortgage Loan Officers, Processors, and Closers while helping members navigate the mortgage application process.
Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to Mortgage Loan Officers and mortgage operations teams
Assist with mortgage application processing to ensure a smooth and efficient experience
Communicate directly with members regarding loan application requirements and status updates
Gather, review, and manage mortgage-related documentation
Support post-closing and mortgage administration activities
Respond professionally to member inquiries via phone and electronic communication
Maintain accurate records and update information within company systems
Help drive efficiencies in a high-volume, production-focused environment
What We're Looking For Preferred Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in banking, financial services, mortgage lending, or a related financial environment
3+ years of administrative experience in a professional office setting
Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Excel, and Word
Fast and accurate data entry abilities
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable spending approximately 50% of the day speaking with members over the phone
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

*Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $26.00/hr.
