We provide an age-appropriate curriculum focused on skill development, character building and fun themes to help coaches teach young children the wonderful sport of soccer. Our goal is simple: To leave a lasting, positive impact on every child and family, we serve! Youth Elite Coach Looking for part‑time work where you can make a positive impact in your community? Become a Soccer Shots Coach! We are seeking dependable coaches to lead 30–45 minute sessions at local preschools, elementary schools, parks, and community centers. Coaches will be asked to travel within a 30–40 minute radius for coaching assignments. Responsibilities Coach young children during 30–45 minute sessions, delivering skill‑based programming, fostering character development, and creating a fun learning environment. Maintain attendance records and communicate with parents and program staff. Travel to assigned sites as needed. Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age Must be able to pass a background check Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle that is insured (travel required between sites) Prior soccer experience is not required; experience working with children ages 18 months to 8 years old is preferred Passion for positively impacting children’s lives through sports and fitness Availability Coaches should be available during the upcoming Summer and Fall seasons within the following timeframes: Weekday mornings: 8:30 AM – 12:45 PM Weekday afternoons: 1:30 PM – 4:30 PM (summer season – limited) Weekday evenings: 4:45 PM – 7:00 PM Weekend mornings: 8:30 AM – 12:45 PM Compensation and Hours Compensation: $22–26 per hour plus bonus opportunities each season (four times a year) Hours of Operation: Monday‑Friday 8:30 AM – 7:00 PM; Saturday‑Sunday 8:30 AM – 12:45 PM What We Offer Transparent compensation and bonus structure Growth opportunities Supportive staff Online and in‑person paid training 24/7 access to online training resources End‑of‑season celebrations and other team activities What We’re Looking For in Coaches Passion for working with children Punctual and consistent; coaching at least two complete seasons is preferred Responsible and organized Takes initiative Can still be a “kid” with a silly, goofy, high‑energy personality High standards Patience and kindness Flexibility and adaptability Goal oriented #J-18808-Ljbffr Soccer Shots Franchising
