Superintendent / Field Supervisor

Location: South Florida (Boca Raton / Delray Beach area)

Employment Type: Full-Time

We are working with a design-build residential remodeling firm based in South Florida that manages high-end home renovations from design through final walkthrough. Projects are spread across South Florida, with a heavy concentration in Boca Raton and Delray Beach. The team is lean and hands-on, and ownership is looking for a Superintendent / Field Supervisor to run the field side of its active jobs.

This is a field leadership role. You will be the company's presence on site: coordinating trades, keeping schedules on track, holding the quality bar, and keeping homeowners informed while their homes are under construction.

What You'll Do

\n
• Oversee day-to-day field operations on multiple concurrent residential remodeling projects across South Florida
\n
• Schedule, coordinate, and supervise subcontractors, trades, and field crews
\n
• Walk each job regularly to track progress, verify workmanship, and resolve issues before they become delays
\n
• Maintain project schedules and coordinate material deliveries, inspections, and site readiness
\n
• Enforce jobsite safety, cleanliness, and protection of occupied homes and finished surfaces
\n
• Read and work from plans, specifications, and design selections, and flag conflicts or field conditions to the office and design team
\n
• Serve as a professional, on-site point of contact for homeowners, communicating clearly in English and Spanish with clients and crews
\n
• Coordinate with building departments and inspectors to schedule and pass inspections
\n
• Manage punch lists, final walkthroughs, and project closeout
\n

What You'll Bring

\n
• Residential remodeling experience is required
\n
• Commercial construction experience is preferred but not required
\n
• Proven experience supervising trades and running multiple projects at once
\n
• Fluency in both English and Spanish
\n
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel daily between job sites throughout South Florida
\n
• Ideally based in northern Broward County or southern Palm Beach County
\n
• Strong working knowledge of residential construction sequencing, finishes, and quality standards
\n
• Ability to read construction drawings and specifications
\n
• Organized, self-directed, and comfortable being the face of the company in a client's home
\n

What You'll Gain

\n
• Base salary range of $70,000 to $90,000 based on experience
\n
• Vehicle allowance
\n
• Performance-based bonus
\n
• A field leadership role with a design-build team where you see projects through from start to finish
\n
• Local work concentrated in Boca Raton and Delray Beach, without extended travel

At Framework, we keep it simple: we connect great people with great builders. We're not just filling seats - we're helping construction professionals find real opportunities with companies that value what they bring to the table. Our candidates trust us because we're honest, we follow through, and we never push roles that aren't the right fit. We take the time to understand where you're coming from and where you want to go.

The builders we represent are more than just clients to us. Many of them are friends and longtime partners. If we wouldn't feel confident working for them ourselves, we wouldn't introduce them to the people who trust us with their careers.

On the flip side, our clients count on us to bring high-quality people who are the real deal - both in skill and character. They'll tell you we just get it. We're proud to be the kind of recruiters who do what's right, not what's easy, and we make sure it's a win for everyone involved.
