Overview An HVAC Installation Supervisor oversees a team of HVAC installers and technicians, ensuring that heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems are installed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. This leadership role combines technical expertise with management skills to coordinate projects, guide teams, and ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate installation teams Provide training and support Conduct performance reviews Manage and supervise residential HVAC installations, ensuring quality and compliance with codes and inspections Plan and schedule projects, coordinate materials, manage inventory Work with other departments and subcontractors, resolve delivery discrepancies Maintain safety and compliance through site inspections, obtain permits, adhere to safety guidelines, maintain detailed records Communicate with clients and stakeholders, address concerns, and coordinate project schedules Requirements 5 years of HVAC installation experience Previous supervisory experience with strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, excellent leadership and problem-solving skills Solid understanding of safety regulations and building codes Effective communication and ability to interpret technical documents Strong organizational skills, proficiency with diagnostic tools, valid driver's license with a clean record, and physical stamina Proactive and enthusiastic approach, dedication to quality, outstanding customer service, and strong critical thinking abilities Ability to pass a background and drug test #J-18808-Ljbffr Mechanical One
