Guide the experience Answer questions, recommend the right services, and help customers get the most out of their visit. Drive membership growth Educate customers on our services, promotions, and Unlimited Membership program—and confidently convert interest into loyalty. Turn service into loyalty Create real connections, handle questions or concerns with professionalism, and ensure every customer leaves satisfied. Keep the site experience sharp Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment across the entire location. Support the operation Process transactions accurately, handle payments, and keep lines moving efficiently. Stay proactive behind the scenes Assist with basic equipment checks, flag issues, and help keep operations running smoothly. Capture what matters Listen to customer feedback, communicate insights to the team, and log issues in systems like Micrologic to improve the experience. Follow through When needed, follow up to ensure we close the loop and deliver on our standards.
