As a Security Officer Visitor Management in Palm Beach Gardens, FL , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As a Front Desk Security Officer at a financial center, you will serve as a welcoming, professional presence for visitors and employees. You will manage access, observe activity, respond to security-related concerns, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at a financial institution by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and front desk protocols.
• Greet visitors, verify identification and access authorization, issue visitor credentials as applicable, and maintain accurate visitor and access records.
• Monitor access points, security-related systems, and lobby activity; report unusual activity, maintenance concerns, and policy violations to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.
• Answer and route calls, provide directions and general information, and maintain a professional, welcoming front desk presence.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.
• Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Guard card is required.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
