Patient Financial Counselor - Pre-Collect & Estimates
Orthopedic One
Orthopedic One in Westerville, OH is seeking a Financial Counselor for Pre-Collect and Price Estimate to ensure insurance and pre-collection requirements are met before procedures. You will inform patients of their financial responsibility and establish payment plans.
You will review insurance benefits, calculate patient responsibility, perform price estimates using insurer portals, and communicate clearly with patients and staff.
