Patient Financial Counselor & Billing Advocate
Mount Carmel Health System
Mount Carmel Health System is seeking a Financial Advocate to serve as a liaison between Revenue Site Operations and Patient Financial Services. The role focuses on determining patient liability and arranging financial assistance or payment plans. Shift is Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm, at multiple Ohio locations. The ideal candidate counsels patients on treatment costs, insurance, and payment options, and documents arrangements.
