Blazer Jobs is actively seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time school-based opportunity in Jacksonville, Florida for the upcoming 2026–2027 school year. This position offers the chance to make a meaningful impact across multiple campuses while collaborating closely with educators, students, and district staff.
Position Details:
- Location: Jacksonville, FL
- Schedule: Full-Time, 35 hours per week
- Contract Dates: August 10, 2026 – May 26, 2027
- Caseload: K–12 self-contained classrooms
- Setting: Itinerant role supporting 5–7 schools within the district
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide behavioral support and consultation to teachers and school staff
- Conduct observations and assist with behavior intervention planning
- Develop Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
- Support data collection and progress monitoring efforts
- Model effective behavioral strategies and interventions in classroom settings
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student success
Requirements:
- Active BCBA licensure in the state of Florida
- Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
