We offer an annual salary between $45,000–$50,000, depending on experience Monday to Friday schedule | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Employment stability Onsite parking 80% scholarship across academic programs Opportunity to grow within an international educational environment Key Responsibilities: Validate, sign, and issue academic documents including certificates, diplomas, and academic records for active students and graduates Coordinate the printing and issuance of official academic documents Manage apostille processes and ensure proper follow-up and control of required documentation Provide support to active students and graduates via phone, email, and in person Receive and deliver academic documents through in-person, email, and postal channels Support the Academic Administrative Management department in daily operations Ensure accuracy, organization, and compliance of student academic records and institutional processes What are we looking for? Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Education, Social Sciences, or related field Minimum 2 years of experience in academic administration, student services, registrar operations, or document management Experience handling academic records and official documentation preferred Strong attention to detail, organization, and customer service skills Fluent English and Spanish (written and verbal) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Availability to work onsite in Miami, FL #J-18808-Ljbffr UNIR International University of La Rioja
