Front Desk Guest Experience Specialist

Coury Hospitality in Wisconsin seeks a Front Office Clerk to welcome guests, manage check-in and check-out, promote hotel services, and provide helpful information with warmth and courtesy. You will greet guests, handle advance reservations, set up accounts, respond to requests, and maintain security and key control while coordinating with Valets, Bellmen, Sales and Accounting.
