The Construction Contracts Administrator supports the Purchasing Manager in ensuring contract compliance for local, state, and privately funded projects throughout North Carolina and South Carolina. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Fundamental knowledge of construction techniques, materials, standards, and equipment Ability to draft, review, and issue subcontracts, purchase orders, and change orders; redline documents in Adobe Acrobat; and route documents for execution through DocuSign Ability to review owner contracts and flag risks for the Purchasing Manager, including indemnity, pay-if-paid and pay-when-paid provisions, retainage, liquidated damages, insurance, and flow-down requirements Ability to maintain current flow-down requirements in subcontracts, including NCDOT, SCDOT, and federal-aid provisions Knowledge of North Carolina and South Carolina lien laws, including notices, lien agent filings, and payment-related lien waivers Ability to enter and maintain subcontracts and purchase orders in ProjectSight Ability to keep contract files organized, current, and audit-ready Familiarity with NCDOT and SCDOT requirements Proficiency with common office applications, including Adobe Acrobat and DocuSign Strong time-management and problem-solving skills Strong verbal and written communication skills NC Notary preferred Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary Annual bonus potential Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) Paid time off 401(k) plan with company match Medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and supplemental insurance programs An Equal Opportunity Employer Drug-Free Workplace #J-18808-Ljbffr Blythe Development Co
