HCM Test Lead

HCM Test Lead
Candidate would be responsible for the following activities:
- Partner with the customer to guide functional leads in writing effective test cases that align with their L3 processes.
- Help the team translate business processes into structured test scenarios (positive, negative, integration, and security).
- Review existing test cases and identify gaps or variations that need to be added.
- Organize and maintain the test case inventory in the tracker and/or Jira for completeness and consistency.
- Provide templates, examples, and best practices for writing clear, reusable test cases.
- Ensure test coverage is complete and traceable to business requirements.
