Responsibilities What You’ll Bring to the Team We are looking for compassionate, positive and engaging individuals who see the potential in everyone. The Essentials: A High School Diploma or GED. A valid Driver’s License and the ability to operate a standard sized van. The ability to obtain all necessary background clearances. An appreciation for The Salvation Army’s mission of service. The Ideal Candidate: Has experience supporting individuals with intellectual or physical disabilities. Is a natural problem-solver with a positive, "can-do" attitude. Communicates with kindness and respect when speaking with program participants, families and staff. Is excited to help our program participants explore new interests and broaden their horizons.
