Technical: Strong SQL and Tableau, good to strong Python; very good in MS Office Very good understanding of PL or CC business Have knowledge and worked on US bureau data for campaign selection and performance management Knowledge of the Prescreen Process Campaign execution and campaign Analytics Good communication skills, as this role requires direct management of multiple senior stakeholders Have used AI tools before 4-6 years of Marketing analytics experience => Campaign Lifecycle (Design, Implementation and Measurement) and Management; Identification of growth opportunities (TAM and sizing); Identification of optimization opportunities A learning aptitude who can figure out solutions on his own. A person who is smart, ready to burn midnight oil, can dig into complex data on his own (data wrangler), find edge cases and come up with multiple solutions without any hand holding Motivated and self-driven Salary Range: $75,100 - $123,400 annual base The posted range is the hiring range for this role — a subset of the broader range available to employees over time — and reflects base salary across our national hiring scale. Final offers are based on several factors, including the candidate's skills and experience, internal pay equity, work location, market conditions for the role, and the specific scope and responsibilities of the position. The top of the range is reserved for candidates who notably exceed the requirements; the lower end applies to those with less experience or fewer preferred qualifications.
