About the Practice: The firm’s litigation team handles a wide array of matters, including commercial disputes, class actions, mass torts, and product liability cases. Attorneys are regularly engaged in cases at both the state and federal levels and are known for their trial readiness, strategic problem-solving, and deep understanding of clients’ industries. The team operates in a collaborative environment that encourages initiative, mentorship, and skill development. Qualifications: Background in commercial litigation, product liability, or mass torts. Strong research, drafting, and oral advocacy skills. Experience taking and defending depositions, and drafting discovery or expert motions. A proactive, detail-oriented approach with excellent judgment and communication skills. Admission to the Texas Bar in good standing required.
