Job Description Machine Operator 1 Job Description: Performs basic operational tasks with a high degree of supervision. Responsibilities include packaging kits, cleaning functions, conducting simple in-process quality checks, and completing routine paperwork. Handles some basic machine operations , such as pulling raw materials, feeding materials into production lines, and clearing some common machine faults . Limited involvement in set-up, start-up, shut-down, and adjustments of machines. Provides minimal input on Standard Operating Procedures. Follows Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) with supervision. Adheres to housekeeping and safety policies. Requirements: Education : High school diploma or GED. Experience : At least 1 year of manufacturing experience . Physical Requirements : Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 40 lbs, and perform repetitive motions. Skills Basic teamwork and communication abilities. Strong attention to detail. Ability to perform semi-routine assignments with supervision. Proficiency in reading, writing, following diagrams, and performing basic arithmetic.
