Pay & Perks

Competitive pay ranges $35.20 to $41.53 on weekends, based on experience. Amberwoods also pays for meal breaks, increasing the effective hourly value compared with facilities that do not.

Responsibilities

· Plan and manage patient care according to each resident’s needs

· Interview patients and document medical history and physical condition

· Obtain and record vital signs, including pulse, blood pressure, temperature, and respiration

· Provide routine nursing care and monitor changes in patient health

· Review medical charts and communicate updates to the care team

· Assist physicians and registered nurses with clinical care

· Communicate clearly with residents and their families

· Prepare specimens for lab courier pickup

· Administer medications, injections, and other treatments as ordered

· Provide wound care and support resident comfort and safety

· Monitor catheters and other ongoing care needs
