This fast-paced regional medical center maintains an organized operating room program with established perioperative workflows designed to support quality anesthesia care delivery across a range of surgical specialties. The facility operates under an autonomous CRNA practice model within a structured clinical environment. Locum tenens CRNA coverage is sought to address current staffing needs within the Anesthesia Department.

The region offers a range of outdoor recreation opportunities, regional attractions, and year-round activities suited to varied interests. Residents and visitors alike have access to natural landscapes, cultural venues, and community events throughout the area.

Clinicians in this role will provide autonomous anesthesia services during day shifts at an operating room facility in Missouri, working Monday through Friday on 8-hour or 10-hour shifts with no call required. The surgical case mix includes general, GI, orthopedic, robotics, GYN, and cataract procedures, serving patients across all age groups. The position operates under an autonomous CRNA practice model supported by a staffing structure of 1 MD and 13 CRNAs. Board certification is required for all clinicians considered for this role.
