- Perform first-piece approvals and quality inspections.
- Program and operate CMM using PC-DMIS .
- Read and interpret blueprints and GD&T .
- Use precision measuring instruments and gauges.
- Create and maintain inspection procedures and work instructions.
- Train operators on quality standards and proper use of gauges.
- Maintain measurement equipment, gauges, and quality records.
- Support corrective actions, including SCARs .
- Work with production and quality teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
- Support FMEA, Control Plans, PPAP, and APQP requirements.
- 3-5+ years of Quality Control/Quality Assurance experience in manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of FMEA, Control Plans, PPAP, and APQP .
- Experience with PC-DMIS/CMM programming .
- Ability to read blueprints and understand GD&T .
- Proficient with measuring instruments and inspection equipment.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Spanish-speaking skills is a plus.
