ABA Therapist

Job Summary:

Imagination ABA Therapy is seeking a skilled ABA Therapist to join our team in the Englishtown, New Jersey area. As an ABA Therapist with our organization, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, individualized ABA therapy services to children and families in our community. Responsibilities:

• Assist in the implementation of individualized treatment plans, conducting one-on-one and group therapeutic sessions with children and adolescents diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related developmental needs

• Utilize evidence-based ABA practices to promote skill development, functional communication, independence, and real-world outcomes

• Collaborate with BCBA(s) and other professionals to develop and modify treatment plans, ensuring consistency and continuity of care

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress, including data collection and reporting

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge

• Demonstrate a strong commitment to clinical integrity, professionalism, and compassion in all aspects of work

Requirements:

• RBT certification is preferred but not required

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., psychology, education, or human services) preferred

• Ability to work with children and adolescents with varying levels of need, including those with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related developmental needs

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team

• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to maintain accurate records
