Job Description
- Manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, execution, and completion.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met.
- Monitor project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure timely delivery.
- Oversee compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Communicate project updates to stakeholders and address any issues or delays.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including contracts, schedules, and progress reports.
- Identify and mitigate risks to keep projects running smoothly.
- Foster strong working relationships with team members and external partners.
