Operations Team Lead

We're partnering with an established industrial manufacturing organization seeking an experienced Operations Team Lead to oversee production operations and lead hourly personnel in a 24/7 manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for someone who thrives in fast-paced operations, prioritizes safety, and enjoys leading union and non-union teams to achieve production goals.
