Garden Center Associate - Montgomery County

Lingo Staffing is now hiring Garden Center Associates to start in the Philadelphia/Montgomery County area ASAP! Garden Center Associate – Responsible for maintaining healthy plants, organizing outdoor retail displays, and supporting customers in a garden center environment. This role involves hands‑on plant care, stocking, and ensuring the garden center is clean, safe, and visually appealing. Pay & Schedule $17.00 Hourly Monday – Friday: 8:00AM – 5:00PM Key Responsibilities & Requirements Water, prune, and care for flowers, shrubs, and plants Set up and maintain attractive product displays Keep garden centers clean, organized, and safe Assist customers with basic product questions Follow daily directions from field supervisors Ability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending, standing, and walking for extended periods Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; may be required to support multiple locations Strong work ethic and ability to work independently Retail, landscaping, or general labor experience is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr Lingo Staffing
