Administrative Coordinator

Job Full Description

Summary of Position:

The Administrative Coordinator is responsible for performing clerical and administrative duties in an office setting. Assists Store Managers and Sales Associates by finishing sales paperwork, filing, answering phones, greeting customers, scheduling deliveries, daily cash deposits, bank deposits, restocking/ordering office and store supplies and checking in and out of merchandise from the store.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Answer phones
  • Great clients warmly
  • Handle all filing duties
  • Perform basic bookkeeping duties
  • Operate office machines, photocopiers, scanners, fax machine, voicemail systems, and computers.
  • Order office and store supplies
  • Check in and out all products coming into store and leaving store
Work Schedule:
  • Monday - Friday 9:30am - 6:00pm.
  • Every other Saturday is required 9:30am - 6:00pm
  • All holidays are required with the exception on Easter, Thanksgiving and Christmas
  • No vacations can be taken from second week of October - Easter (Blackout period).
