Our client, a local property management company is seeking a proactive Leasing Specialist to support their housing community. If you love helping people find their next home and thrive in a fast-paced leasing environment, we’d love to hear from you. See details below and apply today!
- This is a full-time long term temporary opportunity
- Pay rate is $20 -$23/hr. (depending on experience)
- Full-time, Mon-Fri onsite schedule
- No leasing experience is required
- Bilingual with Spanish and English would be a plus
Responsibilities -
- Greet and tour prospective residents
- Build rapport and guide prospects through the leasing process
- Achieve and maintain occupancy goals
- Maintain knowledge of pricing, availability, and community features
- Deliver exceptional customer service to residents and prospects
Qualifications -
- 3–5 years of customer service and/or administrative experience; any leasing experience is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Friendly, professional, and engaging personality
- Sales-driven mindset with a consultative (non-aggressive) approach
- Stable work history reflected on resume
- Ability to pass a background screening
