A fast-growing and innovative food & beverage brand is seeking an experienced Multi-Unit Operations Manager to oversee multiple locations within the Boston market. This leadership role will drive operational performance, develop high-performing teams, and ensure exceptional customer experiences across the region.

Multi-Unit Operations Manager Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple locations through a team of General Managers, ensuring strong operations and brand consistency
• Coach, develop, and promote leaders while building a positive, results-driven culture
• Manage labor, scheduling, inventory, and financial performance across the market
• Support new store openings, operational initiatives, and process improvements
• Maintain high standards in customer experience, cleanliness, safety, and store presentation

Multi-Unit Operations Manager Qualifications

• 5+ years of multi-unit leadership experience in hospitality, retail, or food service
• Proven success leading salaried managers and developing strong teams
• Strong P&L, labor, and inventory management experience
• Hands-on leadership style with excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Experience with growth environments, change management, or new openings preferred
