Concierge Security - Front Desk

GardaWorld Security Services is now hiring a Concierge Security Ambassador. What matters most in this role is the ability to build meaningful connections and provide exceptional customer service across all shifts at office towers, hotels, shopping centers, and similar environments. What’s In It For You Site Location: St. Louis, MO Schedule: Part‑time, Saturday through Sunday, 4 p.m. to 12 a.m. Competitive hourly wage of $19 / hour (DailyPay for GardaWorld employees) Comprehensive benefits: medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with employer match, paid time off, paid holidays, disability coverage, life insurance Career growth opportunities at GardaWorld Uniform provided at no cost Responsibilities Customer‑service duties: welcoming, verifying identity, guiding visitors Manage access control Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs Respond to incidents, provide first aid, coordinate with emergency teams Answer questions in person or by phone Write incident reports and communicate security concerns Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property Qualifications Authorized to work in the U.S. High School Diploma or GED Successfully complete an extensive screening process Exceptional customer‑service skills Basic phone and computer skillsSecurity, Military, or Law‑enforcement experience is a plus State license required if applicable Certified by Great Place to Work Employment is contingent on the successful completion of a background check and drug screening after an offer of employment is extended.
