Senior Event Marketing Manager

The best event programmes in SaaS don't just create moments - they create pipeline. This one is built to do exactly that. Our client is an AI platform already embedded in the daily workflows of some of the most recognized names in US tech. Strong logos, exceptional product engagement, tier-one backing, and a clear path to $50M ARR by end of 2026. The product has proven itself - now they're building the commercial programmes to match. You'll own the US event strategy end-to-end. Executive dinners, curated roundtables, strategic conference presence - designed, run, and measured by you. The mandate is simple: build a programme that generates pipeline, and be accountable for the results it delivers. What you'll own The US event calendar - built around revenue impact, not activity volume Pre-, during- and post-event playbooks developed in lockstep with Sales and SDR teams End-to-end logistics for executive dinners, private sessions and key conferences Lead tracking and performance reporting in HubSpot On-site delivery at events across the US (travel 1-2x per month) Collaboration with the EMEA field marketing team on cross-territory initiatives What they're looking for 3-10 years running B2B events or field marketing programmes in tech or SaaS A clear track record of tying event activity to pipeline and revenue outcomes Strong operational instincts - you can hold multiple workstreams without dropping the ball A genuinely sales-first mentality - meetings booked and deals opened are your metrics Confident in HubSpot or equivalent CRM Based in SF, happy to travel 1-2x per month across the US Why this one Full ownership of the US event motion from day one Direct access to executive buyers across the AI and tech ecosystem A product with real traction - people use it every day and keep coming back Competitive comp, meaningful equity, and tier-one backing behind the business If you're an events professional who thinks in revenue and wants to build something from scratch at a company with genuine momentum - this is worth a conversation. #J-18808-Ljbffr 3Search
