CNC Operator

9:00 PM to 7:30 AM, Monday - Thursday
$20.00/hour + $2.00/hour Shift Premium


Position Summary
We are seeking experienced CNC Operators to join our manufacturing team on 3rd shift in Willoughby, Ohio. This position is responsible for operating CNC lathe machines utilizing Mazak equipment and Mazatrol controls to produce high-quality precision components in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC lathe machines safely and efficiently.
• Work with Mazak machines and Mazatrol controls.
• Load and unload materials and finished parts.
• Monitor machine operations and make minor adjustments as needed.
• Inspect parts using measuring instruments to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and production documents.
• Maintain production and quality standards throughout the shift.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and housekeeping duties.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous CNC machining experience required.
• Experience operating CNC lathes preferred.
• Experience with Mazak machines and Mazatrol controls strongly preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring instruments.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently on an overnight shift.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
