CNC LATHE MACHINE OPERATORS WANTED!
Join our rapidly expanding manufacturing company in Chardon, a leading production center in northeast Ohio. We specialize in precision components and assemblies using CNC turning, milling, and multi-axis mill turning. Embrace the challenges of the ever-changing manufacturing industry while serving worldwide customers. Shift: 2nd shift (3:30pm-12am, Monday-Friday)Pay: $16-$20/hr (Based on experience) Perks:

Up to 3% match on retirement contribution (once hired). Critical Competencies: Perform minor tool offsets.
Load material onto the machines.
Conduct inspections for quality assurance.
Maintain CNC machines.
Process troubleshooting skills are a plus.
High attention to quality and precision. Basic Qualifications: 2 years of experience as a CNC Machine Operator or relevant work.
Preferred Qualifications: Certificate or diploma in engineering or relevant discipline.
Physical Requirements: Ability to stand throughout the shift without extra breaks.
Capable of lifting up to 30 lbs. repeatedly on a daily basis.
