Director of Nursing (DON) Community Skilled Health Care Centre is seeking an experienced and dedicated Director of Nursing (DON) to join our leadership team! We are looking for a strong nursing leader who is passionate about quality resident care, staff development, and creating a positive clinical environment. What You’ll Do Lead and oversee the nursing department Ensure high-quality, compassionate resident care Supervise, support, and develop nursing staff Monitor clinical practices and ensure compliance with regulations Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives Work closely with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members Assist with staffing, scheduling, and maintaining appropriate nursing coverage Promote a positive, team-oriented work environment Help ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation What We’re Looking For Current RN license in the state of Ohio Previous nursing leadership experience preferred Long-term care/skilled nursing experience strongly preferred Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills Ability to lead a team while maintaining a hands-on approach Knowledge of state and federal long-term care regulations Why Join Us?
