They're looking for an experienced Customer Service Manager to help transform the team, processes and technology. Scope of Responsibility:

• Order management from taking the order, processing and tracking of accurate and on-time-delivery.
• Collaboration with Sales and Supply Chain planning teams to ensure orders can be produced and delivered.
• Proactive communication with the Sales and Supply Chain on any irregular orders and communication back to customers where there are issues with timely delivery.
• Leading the transformation of the team, its processes, and the implementation of a new ERP system.
• Reporting on the performance of the team and order delivery to internal teams and customers.

Background Required:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• Experience in Customer Packaged Goods experience required.
• At least 5 years of experience in customer service roles.
• Proven track record in building and developing teams and processes.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Willingness to travel up to 15%

Compensation and Benefits:

• Compensation: $120,000 to $135,000 plus a 15% bonus target that can go as high as 30%.
