Responsibilities Manage Marketing Campaigns: Oversee one or more marketing campaigns in the local territory through promotional events. Product Knowledge: Maintain current knowledge of products and event promotions from our client portfolio. Customer Engagement: Execute sales and marketing strategies face-to-face with customers, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction. Brand Loyalty: Create and maintain brand loyalty through excellent customer engagement. Continuous Training: Participate in ongoing training to support business growth and personal development. Requirements Must be 18 years or older. An Associate's Degree is highly recommended, but not required. 1 year of relevant experience in retail, sales, customer service, OR an equivalent entry-level position is required. Energetic, team-oriented, and passionate about working with team members and customers. Self-motivated and goal-oriented professional. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills are a must!
