The Opportunity

• Provide overnight inpatient care within a supportive community hospital medicine program.

• Work a predictable 7-on/7-off block schedule.

• Manage nighttime admissions, cross-coverage, urgent clinical issues, and handoffs.

• Collaborate with advanced practice providers, emergency medicine, critical care, specialists, nursing, and care management.

• Participate in quality and patient safety initiatives while maintaining a sustainable block schedule.

Candidate Qualifications

• MD or DO with completion of an accredited Internal Medicine residency.

• Board certified or board eligible in Internal Medicine.

• Eligible for Massachusetts medical licensure.

• Comfort managing a broad range of inpatient medical conditions overnight.
