It’s an opportunity to shape a thriving chiropractic and medical practice in Northern Virginia. As the Practice Manager, you’ll make a real impact every day. Your duties include but are not limited to: Lead, develop, and manage your team by working through challenges together, mentoring your staff, and holding weekly team meetings to keep everyone aligned Own clinic performance metrics by tracking, reporting, and improving key performance indicators (KPIs) related to patient growth, retention, collections, patient experience, and operational efficiency Review daily, weekly, and monthly KPI scorecards with staff and leadership, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement action plans to achieve clinic goals Monitor patient satisfaction, online reviews, patient retention, and service recovery efforts to ensure an exceptional patient experience Oversee the full front office operation to ensure your front desk team members are setting high standards of care and professionalism for patient check in and out, phone support, scheduling, collections, and office flow Work with our Revenue Cycle Director and billing department to resolve billing matters on the wrap up sheet timely to ensure that claims go out within 24 hours Resolve AR issues by calling patients with outstanding balances to talk through their ledger with care, professionalism, and understanding Work closely with insurance companies to verifying coverage for patients, managing their questions and concerns, and explaining coverage to them before their visit Oversee medical services by tracking deliverables for the Integration Director and reporting it so that patients receive exceptional care and support Track and follow up daily with new patient leads via phone, email, and text in order to get new patients in the door as soon as possible Track and manage DME supplies as well as general office supplies to keep the office fully stocked and running as a smooth operation Facilitate and oversee back-office flow for the providers by effectively delegating to the necessary parties so patients have a great experience Handle patient concerns with empathy while maintaining high standards of care Train and mentor new and existing team members to uphold RxWellness Spine & Health excellence, including attending trainings as necessary Build and maintain strong relationships with patients, staff, local business, schools, and gyms in order to hold up the RxWellness Spine & Health reputation Other duties and responsibilities as assigned The ideal Practice Manage is diligent, proactive, and quick on their feet. This person is able to solve problems “on the fly” while keeping a positive, glass-half-full attitude. Qualities we're looking for include: Strong leadership and mentorship experience managing teams of all sizes with different personalities, job titles, and responsibilities. You will be in charge of several providers, front desk team members, chiropractic assistants, and massage therapists A natural growth mindset: you’re excited to evolve as our company grows Prior experience in a chiropractic or healthcare setting is required Excellent attention to detail, especially when it comes to patient accounts and records Outstanding communication skills and the ability to work with all kinds of people Proficiency with EHR systems, plus a genuine love for learning new technology A commitment to confidentiality and full compliance with HIPAA regulations Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent preferred Chiropractic or medical office experience required Supervisory or management experience required (minimum 2 years) Ability to work outside of 9-5 hours as needed (our clinic is open 6am-7pm) If you’re someone who gets energized by growth, change, and making a difference in patients’ lives, this could be the perfect next step in your career.
