Customer Service Representative I Bilingual French

The Customer Service Representative I (Bilingual-French) acts as the first point of contact for French and English-speaking customers, agents, and clients throughout the U.S. and Canada. You’ll use your knowledge of our products and services to provide professional, timely assistance and determine the appropriate actions to resolve inquiries.New hires receive three weeks of comprehensive training to learn our systems, procedures, and documentation standards—with ongoing support to ensure your continued growth and success in the role.Your Impact:Respond to customer, agent, and client inquiries via phone or web, handling account questions and concerns in both inbound and outbound interactions.
