Customer Service Representative

Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.


Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming/ongoing customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Provide information about products and services
- Assist customers with order placement and product-related questions
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
- Schedule appointments with customers
- Conduct outbound calls for follow-ups and promotions
- Analyze customer feedback to improve service quality
- Perform data entry tasks accurately


Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service or sales preferred
- Proficient in phone etiquette and handling high call volumes
- Ability to upsell products effectively
- Experience with outbound calling campaigns
- Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus
- Proficiency in data entry and CRM software
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are advantageous
