Customer Service Representative

Customer Service Rep

The Customer Service Rep is responsible for the following duties:

Serve as a primary customer contact for shipment-related inquiries.
Track freight from pickup through delivery and provide proactive updates.
Process and monitor EDI transactions accurately and timely.
Identify and communicate service issues, delays, or risks immediately.
Coordinate with dispatch, drivers, and operations to resolve issues.
Monitor and report on-time pickups and delivery performance.
Ensure that white glove delivery service procedures are being met.
Track shipment revenue and support operational reporting.
Provide 24/7 on-call support for assigned freight and customers.
Prepare quarterly business reviews.

Required Qualifications:

Strong interpersonal skills in regards to interface with employees and client.
A strong commitment to safety, care, and concerns of our employees.
Strong knowledge of FMCSR and DOT requirements
Advanced computer skills- i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
