Technical Account Manager, Pulp & PaperLocation: Green Bay, WICompensation: $112,500 to $122,000 baseGreen Bay's Fox Valley region is home to a well established paper and pulp customer base, and this role gives an experienced technical sales professional the chance to serve as the primary point of contact for several key mill accounts in the area. The position blends hands on process troubleshooting with long term account growth, working closely with mill teams to solve production challenges using specialty chemistries.SchedulePrimarily local day travel, with minimal overnight travel (typically 1 to 5 percent of the role). Best suited for someone based near Green Bay or Appleton.Compensation$112,500 to $122,000 base, plus a company vehicle and covered business expenses.What You'll DoThis role serves as the primary technical advisor for a portfolio of assigned paper mill accounts, building relationships with contacts at multiple levels within each customer organization. The work includes performing on site technical evaluations and product testing, optimizing customer processes using the company's specialty chemistries, and resolving technical issues to minimize production disruptions. The role partners closely with District Sales Managers on strategic account planning, leads technical business reviews that quantify the value delivered to each account, and coordinates across Sales, R&D, Portfolio Management, and Service teams.
