Job Description:
LPN EVES 1:45pm-10:15pm 40 hrs a week 5 days a week. Preferably RN can be LPN if necessary. *FACILITY ACCEPTING RELIGIOUS/MEDICAL EXEMPTIONS FOR COVID VACCINATION*
Responsibilities:
- Provide care under the supervision of an RN on site.
- Work with CNAs in LTC and Rehab units.
- Assist with hand feeding residents and tube feeding as needed.
Requirements:
- Experience with American Data ECS charting system is a plus.
- Ability to work in a team with multiple nurses and management support.
